Order.co Brand Redesign

When I joined Negotiatus (now Order.co) as the Head of Design, I discovered that the company was undergoing an exciting rebranding process, collaborating with an external design consultancy to unveil their new brand identity to the world.

As I delved into my new role, I realized that much of the company’s focus was on branding direction and aesthetics. Although my primary responsibility was guiding product design, I felt compelled to ensure a harmonious look and feel across both our marketing and product design language.

To achieve this vision, I assembled a team of three skilled product designers, a marketing designer, and a UX researcher. Together, we embarked on a mission to enhance our visual language, making it more effective in all customer interactions. With clear expectations set, we swiftly began ideating on how to modify and integrate existing materials, creating a comprehensive brand style guide and a cohesive product design system.

Embracing Success

We had discovered a winning design and proceeded to fine-tune it further by employing variant testing on layouts and messaging. This iterative process allowed us to continuously optimize our brand and product designs, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our customers.

Through this rebranding journey, we not only achieved a cohesive vision but also witnessed tangible improvements in our business’s performance. The new design consistency across all touch-points allowed Order.co to resonate better with its audience and stand out in a competitive market, setting the stage for future growth and success.
